Ethnically Pure
GUNSBACH/STRASBOURG (Own Report) This Sunday, the ,,Johann-Wolfgang-von-Goethe-Stiftung" in Gunsbach (France) presents its annual ,,Albert-Schweitzer Preis" (prize). The foundation with that quasi-official sounding name is part of the network of a German political imperium which had been established by Alfred Toepfer, a Hamburg businessman. Toepfer had been a promoter of the SS and a Nazi secret service specialist working for the destruction of Germany's neighboring states into ethnic ,,regions." During the German expansion efforts, he earned special merits for subversive activities in ,,Germanizing" the Alsace. Several historians and publicists have called for protests because of current Toepfer activities in Alsace. A faction of the Green/European Free Alliance in the EU parliament also attempts new advances in France's regionalization.
According to a press release, the Hamburg founders chose the name of Albert Schweitzer in order to renew their foothold in Alsace as well as the rest of France.1) In past years, several of those post-war attempts, which had been culturally costumed went awry. In 1996, the University and municipal authority of Strasbourg refused further participation in the presentation of a ,,Strassburg" award which Toepfer had launched in his former area of activity. In 2000, after becoming aware of the German patron's political vita, the French senate annulled the award of a ,,Robert Schumann medal."
A New Order
During the Nazi occupation the Toepfer industries participated in the economic plunder of France, providing quick lime for the mass graves of Lodz (,,Litzmannstadt"). Toepfer industries also had large quantities of the stolen gold which Berlin wrested from the victims of its industrialized mass destruction. After 1945 Toepfer employed several Nazi criminals in his companies and financed Thies Christophersen, the author of ,,Die Auschwitz-Luege" (lie of Auschwitz).2) In spite of these obvious connections, Toepfer, who co-financed ethnic German-speaking minorities worldwide, was highly valued by the German state for his service. The cooperation with the Toepfer foundation, favoring a new ethnic order of the continent, continued after Toepfer's death in 1993. In 2002, the Deutsche Historische Institut (German historical institute - DHI) attempted to introduce the Toepfer foundation in Paris. This attempt failed. In 2004, it became known that Christina Weiss, a deputy of the federal government for culture and media, was working for one of the Toepfer foundations in Hamburg.3)
Expansion
The operative and personnel congruence promotes the mutual concept of a continent which, split up into regions and federalized, enables thousands of ,,ethnic groups" (Volksgruppen) to practice their traditions. The necessary accompanying effect (actually a strategic goal for political power) of cultivating the minorities is the destruction of the corresponding states. In a current study, Pierre Hillard, the French specialist on Germany, concludes that the German territory would not only remain undisturbed but even expand in this aimed for ,,Europe of regions."4) All other states would disintegrate. The future borders of this continental ethnic order can be seen on a European map which was just published by the faction of the Green/European Free Alliance in the EU parliament.5)
Stateless Regions
The map, updating the most recent status of regionalization separates large regions, including Alsace which is a Toepfer priority, from the territory of the French state. Germany's ethnic territory expands and joins with the Swiss and Austrian ,,ethnic groups." An independent ,,Silesia," taken from a sovereign Poland, is ready to be annexed to Berlin. Italy will be deprived of Veneto and the Emilia Romagna , Spain will lose its Mediterranean coast. Madrid must adjust to a landmass surrounded by diverse ,,regions" like ,,Aragon," ,,Andalusia," ,,Galicia," ,,Catalunya," ,,Pais Valencia," ,,Euskal Herria"). In addition, the faction of the Green/European Free Alliance for example, also includes the ,,German-speaking Belgian community," Southern Tyrol" (Alto Adige), Vlaandern, Corsica and ,,Kernow" (Cornwall).
Net
According to Pierre Hillard, the ideological and personnel net of European ethnic regionalism is based in Berlin. The French analyst identifies Dr. Detlev Rein, the ministerial official, as the responsible department head and claims that the German federal interior ministry is the influential financier.
