The Profiteers and Godfathers

DRESDEN/LEIPZIG/BERLIN (Own report) - It has been revealed that political ties of organized racketeering by gangs in the regions bordering on Poland and the Czech Republic reach into the inner circles of the Berlin government. The ministry of Leipzig's former mayor, Wolfgang Tiefensee (SPD) and sectors of the Saxony government in Dresden are entangled. The criminals smuggled children and adolescents over the borders into Germany, from the neighboring eastern countries, placing them in brothels at the disposal of their political sponsors. Police investigators were either neutralized or themselves implicated in the crimes. According to reports of the German domestic secret service (Verfassungsschutz - Defense of the Constitution), the systematic child prostitution was carried out in plain view of state's attorneys and representatives of the press. The business, based on reciprocity, served to cover-up illegal real estate transactions made from the social service funds of the now defunct German Democratic Republic (GDR, "East Germany") as well as hush up capital crimes, including several attempted murders. Germany is the rotating platform of organized abuse of minors and the number 1 European destination for trafficking in women. German government agencies of repression - leaders, when it comes to thwarting migrants and asylum seekers - are unsuccessful in prohibiting or even stifling racketeering with children and adolescents from poverty stricken nations. What is happening in Dresden and Leipzig provide an indication of the reasons behind their flop.

According to the latest information, "'Gypsy children' between the ages of eight and ten years old were abducted from the Czech Republic and brought to Saxony in Germany, where they were sexually abused."[1] According to this source, the delivery of "fresh meat" was covered by a state's attorney. German politicians, their playmates in the press, lawyers as well as members of the upper crust of the society were/are part of the network of criminals, facilitating other crimes. Scenes of the crimes are Dresden; Leipzig and Chemnitz among others. According to the information, the organizers of the coerced performances, euphemized as "sex parties," were "persons with the highest responsibilities in the city of Leipzig." Wolfgang Tiefensee (SPD), currently the minister of transport in Angela Merkel's cabinet, was mayor and lord mayor of Leipzig, at the time these incidents were occurring in that city. Tiefensee's predecessor as mayor, Hinrich Lehmann-Grube (SPD), has been named in the internal expertise of the regional office of criminal investigation as a possible accomplice - because of dubious real estate operations that form the basis of the high society child abuse.

Cheap

Since the annexation of the German Democratic Republic, GDR, ("East Germany"), according to information on hand at german-foreign-policy.com, construction contractors, bankers and real estate agents were successfully bribing or blackmailing leading political officials into obtaining the authorization necessary for real estate transfers, using sexual propositions, leading down into the gutter milieu of forced prostitution. Since 1990, for the cheap acquisition of GDR state or private property, in spite of the unresolved legal standing, political decision-makers were lured with children from neighboring countries.

Key Figure

There have repeatedly been disputes between the rivals for the millions to be made from this privatization crusade over the loot, leading to fraud, murder attempts, suicides and corresponding court cases. According to a document of the German domestic espionage service, judicial officials abetted the crimes, in which they were entwined in various ways. Because of a possible initial suspicion of involvement, investigations were initiated recently against Norbert Roeger, head of the state's attorneys office. Roeger is a member of the conservative CDU party and is seen as a key figure in Leipzig's high society, with intimate ties to the local press.

Generosity

Since regular police investigations always petered out, the evidence for prosecution, now coming to the surface, is being assembled by the Saxonian State's secret service. Police officials, who had been particularly conscientious in their investigations of child abuse and the deadly privatization struggles, were either suspended or had to watch as their investigations were sidelined by their political supervisors. The culprits are still in the shadows, but a report of the Saxonian State Office of Criminal Investigation has furnished some names, among them Rainer Fornahl, an SPD parliamentarian in the national parliament (Bundestag), in connection with the refurbishment of buildings which were to be given back to former owners. Shadowy figures of the upper crust of the society are providing more evidence.

Transformation Process

Germany is leader in every sort of offers in the business of forced prostitution and sexual slave trade. According to specialized reports, the Federal Republic of Germany has become an "internationally functioning rotating platform."[2] According to information furnished by aid organizations working in Germany, between 100,000 and 200,000 foreigners are working as prostitutes, "with a growing percentage of East Europeans." Their countries of origin, according to the Federal Office of Criminal Investigation (BKA), are Russia, followed by Lithuania, Bulgaria, the Ukraine, Poland, Rumania, Belarus and Latvia.[3] The BKA analyses that the "immense economic transformation processes" in those countries of origin, led to a "decline in living standards, massive unemployment, poverty for large sectors of the population and a reduction of the state's social welfare measures."

Short Distances

Estimates of children and adolescents working as prostitutes in Germany range from between 10,000 and 20,000. The number of minors rises from year to year and the percentage of the younger prostitutes among them is also rising. In 2002, of the prostitutes, who had contact to the aid organization "Midnight Mission, Dortmund," about 1 out of 11 was under the age of 18. Particularly in the regions of Germany bordering on the Czech Republic and Poland, business in children is flourishing. They are bought cheaply in neighboring countries, to be smuggled over short distances to the corresponding German brothel. The "Euro Regions" [4] under German leadership takes care of the informal "fence cutting" of customs controls. Whereas German customs officials, using the latest technology, hunt down migrants and asylum seekers,[5] they prove incapable of stopping violations of the most elementary human rights and arrest the organizers of child prostitution, its benefactors and political godfathers. What is happening in Saxony shows why.
